We didn’t receive any sweet and sour egg drop soup wonton or fortune cookies. When my husband asked for hot oil. The female who helped at pick up said oh that’s extra charge $3.50. I will never go back to your restaurant for pick up or dine in. I will go elsewhere

Title: 2019/8/26 11:24:22: Dan it offends me to see a man like you work your ass off, and then to go into your brighton resturant to see how lazy the staff is. We were there on sunday the scallion pancakes were terrible the waitress claimed there was no sauces to came with them. The teriyaki chicken came out mushy and raw. Was a very dissappointing experience and I know was not your qaulity. It was a very bad impression to see your staff eating Mc donalds at the bar instead of they food the expected to serve to your customers. Thornton is always good but brighton needs more tlc.

The food was awful, with no plans for the waitress to correct it or compensate. I ordered just one more takeout ro provide them the benefit of the doubt and received the same attitude. That was our last visit from many years of visits of what was good food. They were just out wright rude as hell. This Thornton location staff is in dyer need of an attitude adjustment!!! If you choose to dine for this food, try the Broomfield location, major difference..

Title: 2018/8/10 20:57:59: Took my family there today for a thankful dinner. Service was good, but our food tasted like cleaner. I called but did not receive a return call. I didn't want any other patrons to get sick, but now I want to be completely reimbursed for my ticket, for the illness I curred and the lack of concern for my complaint.
